This quaint one bedroom cottage that was built in the 1940's as a summer retreat from the heat and busy city life. Located on 1.4 acres , 200 feet off Big Bear Blvd. (less traffic noise), 200 yards from the lake , less than 5 minutes from the Village and slopes, shopping, and many of the activities our community has to offer. Less than three (3) miles from the dam coming from Highway 330.
This cottage has a
Kitchen : Microwave, stove refrigerator , coffee maker (with coffee, tea, sugar and creamer ) , paper towels (less for you to bring) , dish soap,
linoleum floor and all basic equipment need . A dining area with table and chairs
Living room : Television, wood burning fireplace, carpet throughout cottage , full size sleeper sofa , wall , heater, coffee table . A welcome pack of samples (varies ) for you to enjoy or take home .
Bedroom : Two comfortable full size beds , blanket, sheets , an area to hang your clothes ,night stand , alarm clock .
Bathroom : Enclosed shower,linoleum floor , towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste,
feminine products, toilet paper .
Outside: your front door you have a deck to sit and enjoy your favorite drink . Or a short stroll to our seasonal pool, community barbecue area , horseshoe, or sand volleyball area.
Pet: Not Permitted
Parking: Is in front of your cottage and limited to two (2) cars.
Smoking: Not Permitted inside cottages

We provide four seasons of courteous service, wireless internet, various sample products available for you to take home, clean comfortable units, free out going fax service available during normal business hours, and there are no phones in the room.
We Do Not wish to keep your Security Deposit! You will be asked to sign a Guest Policy Packet so you may receive your full Security Deposit back which may take up to three (3) days depending on your credit card company
There is a Refundable ( conditions met) Security Deposit required on all units, Bed taxes,
We are in a mountain community, we wish our entire guest to have a safe and enjoyable time. Weather may effect, driving, phone, internet, and even the utilities from time to time. We are not responsible for any problems due to Natural Disasters or any Acts of Man. From November thru April tire chains must be carried the ticket is considered a moving violation and very costly.
This is your home will you visit we do not enter unless invited ,( we do we offer housekeeping service between the hour of 12:30P.M. and 2:00 P.M. if requested).
A gift certificate for up to a 10 % discount for your next stay with us during the month of December thru March , free complementary samples , a discount gift card for a local restaurant ,free out going fax service, cab service can be arranged , and always courteous service
Available for weekly rental a 20% discount will be given but must call for this discount .
