This one-story studio unit has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a queen bed . There is a small patio area overlooking the bay. Maximum number of occupants is two. Please, no smoking and no pets. Summer amenities include a boat dock, heated pool, vollyball, ping pong, badminton, shuffleboard, horseshoes, outdoor fireplace, two barbeques, outdoor eating areas and sun deck. Winter amenities include a large private snow play area. We are located half a mile from the village, one and a half miles from Snow Summit, and a little over two miles from Bear Mountain.
